Changing/Canceling Orders
Please double-check your order before placing it, as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed once it has been placed. Orders can only be changed or cancelled via telephone or fax up to the time the order is shipped. Orders generally ship within 24 hours. Once the order has been processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned. Orders that are refused or returned will not receive any credit.
