All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
To Place an Order
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Changing/Canceling Orders
Please double-check your order before placing it, as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed once it has been placed. Orders can only be changed or cancelled via telephone or fax up to the time the order is shipped. Orders generally ship within 24 hours. Once the order has been processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned. Orders that are refused or returned will not receive any credit. Shipping
All orders are shipping via UPS Ground (up to 5 business days) unless otherwise specified. Freight costs are dependent upon the weight of the package. Expedited services (UPS 3 day, 2nd day, and next day) are available.
Payment
We only accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards. We do not ship C.O.D.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final, and returns and exchanges are not permitted. Return Authorization numbers will only be issued if your order is damaged or incorrectly shipped. No authorization will be granted for size discrepancies or color discrepancies arising from viewing the items on this website. All orders are thoroughly examined for accuracy and quality. In the unlikely event that you received incorrect or damaged merchandise, you must contact one of our Customer Service Representatives within 3 days of receiving the order. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was packaged. Big Baby reserves the right to reject a return if after inspection we determine that it is not being returned in the condition that it was originally sent. Under no circumstances will a Return Authorization be issued after 3 days.
Back Ordered and Discontinued Items
We make every attempt to keep ample inventory to fill orders, however there are circumstances beyond or control that may affect our inventory levels. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will make every attempt to contact you prior to shipping the order.
